We get it, sometimes you have to return an item you have purchased from us!

We want you to love shopping with us, which is why we offer a 30 day return or exchange policy.

The Nitty Gritty 

  • Products can only be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • You must fill out the returns form on the opposite page and send it back with your product.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed unstained and unperfumed
  • Products must have all swing tags still attached
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or change of mind items
  • We do not offer free returns – you must cover the cost of postage yourself

Refunds
Please note that it can take our warehouse up to 7 working days to process your parcel once received , and 2 - 8 working days for the money to be refunded to your account.

If you pay by credit card or PayPal, you will be credited back into the same account your payment came from. Please note, if you have cancelled the card connected to that account the money will still go back into the account. 

Once we hit refund, it can sometimes take your money up to 10 working days to re-appear in your bank – it just depends on who you bank with! Please be mindful of this when you are waiting on your refund. 

Swimwear returns
All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags and any hygiene stickers attached to qualify for a return. In the interests of hygiene, swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns that are soiled or without hygiene labels intact won’t be accepted.

Exchanges
Let us know what you wish to exchange your items for. We will send you your new items out when you return the items to our warehouse. Please note we can exchange your item for sizes up and down in the same style but we cannot swap for different styles.

Faulty garments
If you believe the product you received is faulty, please contact us our customer service team at hello@sassclothing.com.au within 30 days of your order. 

If you do not let us know within this period, we will assume that you are happy with your order and that your items are satisfactory. We will not accept any claims for fault or damage after 30 days of receipt.

Afterpay
If you pay by Afterpay, we notify Afterpay and they process your refund – not us. The refunded amount will be based on how many payments you have made against that order. It can take 3 – 5 business days for Afterpay to refund the money to your card.

For example: let’s say you made a $100 purchase on our website using AfterPay – that’s 4 payments of $25 each, and you want to return items worth $60. Once we process your refund and notify Afterpay, they will cancel your 4th payment, and amend your 3rd payment from $25 to $10.

Product Availability
If, by the time we receive your items for exchange and we have ran out of stock, we will endeavor to source your garments from our alternative warehouse. In the event of the item being sold out, we will email to let you know and process a refund.

Product Information
Our items are photographed in professional lighting and the item may vary slightly although we aim to keep it as accurate as possible. 

Further Information
It can take up to 7 working days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Please keep your tracking handy to see if it has arrived back to our facility and as proof of return.

Our warehouse team then undergo a quality check and let our Head Office team know that the item has been received and is eligible for a refund or exchange.
