What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and AfterPay. We do not accept payment via check, bank deposit or cash on delivery.

If you are paying with a valid card and you have an issue with payment, please double-check that you have entered the correct details.

How do you take my payment?

We take your payment security very seriously so be assured that your details are safe with us. We use the Shopify merchant gateway or PayPal to take your payment securely.

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken straight away and you’ll receive an email confirmation for your order. If your card is not authorised, your order will not go through. You may need to contact your card issuer.

What currency am I paying in?

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please note that if you are shopping in New Zealand, the price you pay is subject to the exchange rate at that time.

What about if I pay with AfterPay?

If you wish to use AfterPay to pay for your order, select it at the checkout. You will be diverted to the Afterpay website, which will prompt you to log in to your account, to complete your order.

You must be over 18 years old, living in Australia or New Zealand and have a valid Australian or New Zealand credit or debit card to use AfterPay. AfterPay is valid on purchases up to AU$1000. It is not valid on purchases paid in any part using store credit. Payment is arranged between you and AfterPay. AfterPay will provide you with the full payment schedule as you complete the purchase (late fees apply if you fail to make a payment).

How do I use a promotional code?

If you have a promotion code you must enter it at the checkout, exactly as it was given to you and without spaces. Please note that if the code does not work, it may have expired or it may only be valid on orders over a certain dollar value.
